Audi Q3 will get a new more efficient 1.4 litre TFSI petrol engine as well as a new S line Plus specification option. The new engine will replace the 140HP 2.0 liter TDI and will power the front wheels.
The new 1.4 liter TFSI has 150HP (110 kW) at 5,000RPM and 250Nm (185 lb-ft) at 1,750RPM. It is connected to a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed S tronic twin-clutch transmission. 0-100 km/h in 9.2 seconds for manual and 8.9 seconds for automatic. The top speed is electronically limited to 200 km/h (126 mph). It is able to return 47.9 mpg with CO2 emissions of 137 g/km.
The Q3 quattro-equipped 2.0 TFSI and 2.0 TDI models will get S line Plus specification. It includes 19” ‘five segment spoke’ design wheels and privacy glass extending from the B-pillar rearwards. The variants will be also offered with a choice of seven metallic paint finishes – Ice silver, Samoa orange, Monsoon grey, Caribou brown, Platinum beige, Cobalt blue and Glacier white.
The interior boasts perforated leather and Alcantara, cruise control, parking system plus and SD card-based SAT NAV with 6.5” colour display, as well as front sports seats with powered lumbar support, Audi Music Interface, Bluetooth interface and voice control system.
Other highlights include Xenon Plus headlights with LED DRLs, S line body styling, light and rain sensors, comfort-oriented ‘dynamic suspension’ and S line sports suspension (-20mm).
